Before a student pilot can perform their first flight by themselves, they must carry a combined Student Medical. A sustaining supporter, Senior Aviation Medical Examiner, Brigadier General Jerome Limoge donates those exams to AEFCO students each year..
Substantial services are provided by non-compensated private pilots performing demonstration flights with students during the Aviation Summer Academy. Pilots are donating their time, airplane, and all associated expenses.

The access for 25 students to online testing, ASA Prepware, was utilized primarily in 2019 for both weekly quizzes and then the boot camp as students prepared for the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Exam.
